What is Campus Crusade?
Campus Crusade at Kennesaw State University is an interdenominational campus ministry made up of students seeking to know Jesus and serve Him on the campus. We are a student-led and staff-guided movement, meaning that students are the primary vehicle through which we do ministry.
We invite and highly encourage everyone to try one of our D-Groups. They are places of great community, service, and study of the Bible. There are men’s and women’s groups where you will get to know 5-10 other students and be involved in their lives. These groups are a great way to get connected with the ministry!
Are you an expert at editing video? Love planning parties and events? Play an instrument? Have a heart for evangelism? Crusade has opportunities to serve that match your skills and giftings. Check out the Servant Teams.
On Monday evenings from 8:00 to 9:30, all students are invited to Cru, the weekly meeting of Campus Crusade. Cru is a no-pressure time to come together to praise God through song, prayer, and teaching.
What about Campus Crusade for Christ International?
Campus Crusade for Christ, is an interdenominational ministry committed to helping take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations. We cooperate with millions of Christians from churches of many denominations and hundreds of other Christian organizations around the world to help Christians grow in their faith and share the Gospel message with their fellow countrymen.
Working together with these fellow believers, our goal is to help give every man, woman, and child in the entire world an opportunity to find new life in Jesus Christ. Our commitment is based on our Lord’s command: All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:18-20 (NAS). Our desire is to serve you!

How it all started: Campus Crusade for Christ is an interdenominational Christian organization that was started in 1951 by Bill and Vonette Bright. It originally was a Christian outreach on the campus of UCLA. Bill Bright’s premise was: if you can impact university students, you can change the world. As CCC began to grow, it eventually spread to other college campuses.
