How Do I Get More Involved?
In addition to joining a D-Group, servant teams are a great way to get involved in Crusade and help serve. If you would like more information about any of our servant teams please don’t hesitate to contact the leaders. We always need more help!
Servant Teams
CRU Team
The Cru Team plans and puts on the weekly CRU meeting. This includes set-up, running sound and powerpoint, playing on the worship team, and many other components required to put on the weekly CRU meeting.
Communications Team
The communications team is responsible for communicating what’s happening in Crusade to the rest of Cru and to the rest of the campus through media such as fliers, t-shirts, videos, website, facebook and emails.
Events Team
The Events Team organizes social events to promote fellowship and community within Crusade and provides opportunities to bring in non-believers through a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
Outreach Team
The Outreach team works to create opportunities for students to impact KSU for Christ through one on one conversations, small group programs and campus-wide outreaches. Our goal is to give every student the opportunity to know someone who truly follows Jesus.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team is a group of students united in prayer to see God move at KSU as well as in the world. The prayer team meets on Mondays at 630pm to pray for the campus at the Church on Campus Loop Rd. before every CRU meeting.
Promotions Team
The Promotions Team is a group of students committed to helping to get the word out to the entire campus about upcoming CRU stuff–hanging up “CRU tonight” signs, chalking the campus, hanging up flyers, etc. This is a great place for you to get involved in helping CRU reach the campus.
Shepherd Team
The Shepherd Team is made up of D-Group leaders and Disciplers who work to facilitate spiritual growth within the CRU community through our D-Groups and Discipleship. They meet weekly to strategize and implement those strategies to make sure that everyone involved with CRU is being nurtured and encouraged and experiencing spiritual growth.
